What are your production times?

My productions times for custom orders and made to order purchases are 3-6 weeks, though this may vary depending on the intricacy of the request. Production time refers to the amount of time from purchase to shipping. This does not include shipping time.

Can listed products be resized?

I am not currently offering resizing on finished products on my site.

What metals do you work with?

Precious metals and occasionally jewelers brass upon request. Most items listed in the shop are .925 sterling silver or 14k gold. See individual listings for specific details.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered once material has been purchased. Please be aware of any listed production times if applicable.

Do you repair jewelry?

Because of the intricacy and risk involved, I do not do jewelry repairs on items I did not make. Please email me at shopcals@gmail.com for any repairs on Cal's jewelry.
